Each jewelry/home decor is sourced with attributes to incite boldness. Not just for your space but also in your personal life. We want our pieces to make you feel bold, one of a kind & powerful when worn (jewelry) or decorating your
space (home decor).

Every package is meticulously wrapped, a process that can take a minimum of 45 minutes. Despite our care, we can't control how the courier handles packages. Fragile items are marked accordingly. In case of damage or theft, refunds are processed through our insurance.

Trackable items are insured, and refunds are based on the insurance payout. As a growing business, we lack the funds for immediate refunds, relying on insurance payouts. Each claim is unique, and response times vary, a factor beyond our control.

As a business, managing returns and exchanges presents numerous challenges, involving processes such as shipping, customs, re-packaging, and ensuring the item arrives undamaged.

Considering the distinctive nature of our vintage pieces, we diligently strive to highlight any imperfections in the listings. we strongly recommend thoroughly reading the description and reviewing all pictures and videos to accurately assess the items. Consequently, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Should you encounter any issues, please notify us, and we'll explore the available options.

Additionally, all items are tracked, and in the unlikely event of loss, kindly send a direct message, and we will promptly address the situation.

Shipping - Explanation
Customers receive their items through a courier like Chit Chat, DHL, or Canada Post. Shippable items may be sent within Canada or internationally.

Delivery - Explanation
Items are delivered directly to your doorstep or preferred address. Local delivery is limited to the GTA area, while international or out-of-region delivery is not available.

Pickup - Explanation
Customers can collect their items from our Burlington, Ontario location. Pickup is accessible to anyone who can reach the designated location.

It's important to note that all items are eligible for pickup, but not all can be shipped or locally delivered.

1. Wear your jewellery prior to exercising, swimming & taking a bath.
3. Store pieces in our jewellery pouch
4. keep away from direct sunlight. 
5. Do not wear them while using heavy chemicals like toilet cleaner, bleach etc
6. Do not wear them while cooking. The heating does harm to the pieces
